Daylight savings begins every year on the last Sunday of September and this can catch even the best of sleepers off guard! The time will be moving forward by one hour, so we are essentially loosing an hour e.g. a 7pm bedtime will become an 8pm bedtime. Daylight savings no longer needs to be a dreaded time of year.
